Why we do it

Somebody close to this business spent years working around custody and the courts, and kept seeing the same thing: a family calling one number at a time and being told not here by three different people who were all telling the truth.

The systems are searchable. What a family usually lacks is somebody who knows which three to check, and in what order. That is the job.

You are not the first person this has happened to, even if it feels that way at two in the morning.

What we actually are

A bail bond service with a free people finder in front of it.

A bail bond company can only help you if bail is the answer. An immigration bond company can only help you if the case is with ICE. Neither can do anything until you know where the person is, and that is the part nobody does for free. So we do it first, for everyone who calls.

What we are not

We are not a law firm. We do not give legal advice, we do not represent anyone in court, and nobody here is an attorney. When a case needs a lawyer, and plenty do, we will say so and connect you with licensed attorneys who handle that kind of case. Their fees are theirs, set by them and explained by them.

We are also not the government. We are not affiliated with any sheriff's department, with ICE, or with any court. If a website looks like an official county page and then hands you to a bondsman, it is not an official county page.

How we talk to people

Plainly, in English or Spanish. No countdown timers, no scare tactics, no promises about outcomes we do not control. If we do not know something, we will say so and go find out.
